  • Before using the product for the first time, use a soft sponge and wash the product with mild detergent mixed with warm water.
  • Before the first use, create a thin layer of fat or oil
  • Use the product on cookers suitable to the size of its bottom layer, if you use it on larger ones damages on exterior surface and grip can occur.
  • The product should not be left on the cooker for too long. This could lead to color changes and deformations on the bottom layer and ground.
  • Not on any account use metal items in the cooking or washing process
  • The Products should be washed immediately after use. Otherwise the acids in the food could harm the inner surface. The same could happen when the products are used as storage boxes.
  • The products should not be exposed to sudden temperature changes.
  • Always cook your meals over a low or medium heat. Do not cook over a high heat.
  • By rinsing and drying the products after each washing, calcification and possible staining can be prevented.
  • To make the products last longer, washing by hand is recommended.
  • Absolutely do not put the products into the oven or microwave.
  • Absolutely do not use products which are damaged and/or worn off and/or deformed on the surface coating.
  • Do not misuse your products.
